I decided to make Boursin Cheese Pasta. Minus the pasta. From TikTok
It has my favourite ingredients of course! Cheese and tomatoes!
Everyone on TikTok used Garlic Herb Boursin. Boursin is a great cheese to put on pasta. I was obsessed with it a few years ago. The caramelized onion and herb and shallot one. I would put those two cheese on everything!
I used Fig and Balsamic and added Louisiana Hot sauce for kick!
Of course I can’t follow directions to save my life!
180f! It’s supposed to be 356C to bake.
I wonder if I will be needing a retirement home by the time the dish is done baking!
Note: the balsamic fig is way too sweet for this! I thought my blood sugar would go through the roof! So I added more pepper, hot sauce and salt, mushrooms and pasta.
